The Air Force anticipates limiting this action to 8(a) certified small business concerns only. All respondents are required to certify that they currently meet the small business requirements under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541519 – Other Computer Related Services, with a size standard below $34M average annual receipts over the last three years.

Prospective sources must indicate both the size with respect to the above standard and their current 8(a) status. The Air Force anticipates one Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to be awarded. The Air Force anticipates the ordering period for the IDIQ contract to be five (5) years.

The Contractor shall perform the following tasks:

• Perform technical investigation and analysis to create processes, procedures and standardization of documentation
• Plan, coordinate, facilitate and provide input at Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) with A4NE and appropriate system technical and functional subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Accept all customer request for data and any related questions pertained to that data for all LogIT systems. This will include architectural information, authoritative data sources, etc. The contractor will track these requests and provide status on the various requests until properly closed
• Provide guidance to the AF A4 Enterprise community on commercially approved standard processes, procedures and governances, and recommend industry best practices as requested by the Government
• Develop and maintain a schedule of deliverables and provide metrics on the services provided and status of ongoing activities
• The AFMC/A4NE efforts must have methods to measure success of its mission. An approach will be developed to ensure each of the objectives are measured and controlled.
• Provide support to assist in responding to taskers
• Communication – written and verbal in a professional manner
• Support data preparation requirements
• Establish, test, and operate data transformation between stakeholders and customers
• Work with service leads to create standard processes to gather migration/transformation requirements from customers to include transformation, validation, and error handling rules
• All positions within this PWS shall ensure compliance with appropriate DoD, AF, and local policy guidance and directives
• Support DOD and AF initiatives as requested by the Government
• Provide support for Ingesting data from various Logistics IT systems
• Assist AFMC/A4N to manage architectural information and manage data as an asset
