The Kessel Run (KR) All Domain Common Platform (ADCP) program delivers software developer resources and services that enable the development and continuous integration and delivery of software-intensive capabilities to Air Force (AF), Joint, and Coalition Command and Control (C2) end-users. The ADCP program also provides enterprise services to continuously test, secure, and deploy applications to staging and production environments across multiple classification levels.  The current primary ADCP user base is the Air and Space Operations Center (AOC) enterprise, and the program intent is to further scale to support the broader operational C2 community.

This acquisition is intended to obtain high level engineering skills and vendor capabilities in the following disciplines:

  • Cloud Architecture
  • DevSecOps Engineering
  • Software Engineering
  • Product Engineering
  • Product Management
  • Platform and Platform Services Engineering
  • Site Reliability Engineering

Engineering personnel and/or vendor-performed services acquired via this effort will support multiple areas within KR’s ADCP and OCIO organizations.  Functional areas to be supported include, but are not limited to, Platform Operations, Global/Distributed Infrastructure, Development and Deployment Tools, Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)

Performance locations include: Boston, Massachusetts; Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB), Massachusetts;  Langley AFB, Virginia; remote/telework; contractor facilities, and CONUS/OCONUS operational locations (either permanent or temporary travel).  There will be a high emphasis of working on location in secure locations including but not limited to Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts and Langley AFB, Virginia.
