2024 November 19 – HHS ACF hosts Business Collaboration Summit 2024 Training and Technical Assistance Summit
The ACF Government Contracting Services (GCS), led by the Acquisition Relations Office, is proud to host our Business Collaboration Summit (BCS)—the first of many summits to foster stronger partnerships between government and industry. This particular summit will focus on Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) services, a vital area for ACF’s mission.
During this event, ACF will introduce its new strategic contracting vehicles, starting with an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) dedicated to T/TA support, and provide insights into the ACF 360 initiative. Industry partners will have the opportunity to learn about upcoming opportunities and contribute to shaping the structure of future T/TA contracts at ACF.
2024 November 19 – HHS One Professional Services Solution (HOPSS) Industry Day
The primary objectives of the Market Research Industry Day are for industry to: (1) learn about the HHS One Professional Services Solution (HOPSS) requirement, and (2) share comments and questions. This Market Research Industry Day is open to all small and other than small business concerns interested in learning more about the HHS One Professional Services Solution (HOPSS) requirement.
2024 November 20 – Elev8 and Engage GovCon

2024 November 20 – DOI USGS Technical Support Services Contract (TSSC) Industry Day
The Department the of Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS)) has a requirement for science, engineering, and technical support necessary to assist the USGS Earth Resources Observation and Science Center (EROS), located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, in fulfilling its mission. Operated by the USGS, EROS is a national data reception, processing, archiving, distribution, and research facility for remotely sensed data and other forms of geographic information. A site visit and Industry Day will be held at EROS (47914 252nd St., Sioux Falls, SD 57198) on November 20, 2024 from 09:00AM- 1:00PM CST; Small Business Representatives will be available for questions and Small Businesses are encouraged to attend. The Government plans to provide at least fourteen (14) days¿ notice for the site visit. Notification of intent to attend the site visit must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer (kpederson@usgs.gov) no later than 2:00 PM CST on the day prior to the site visit. The number of participants is limited to three (3) representatives from your company.
2024 November 20 – Navy: PMA 281 Fiscal Year 2025 Industry Day
The Navy’s Strike Planning and Execution Systems program office (PMA-281) is hosting an in-house Industry Day on November 20, 2024 at Precise Systems in Lexington Park, MD from 0800-1600. The event will feature an overview of what PMA-281 is working on and where the program is headed in the future.
Industry Day will also present an opportunity for networking and one-on-one conversations with program leadership and technical leads. Attendees can expect to have an opportunity to speak with PMA-281 leadership and technical leads during intervals of 15 minute information exchanges.
PMA-281 is at a pivotal point in innovation and our Industry Day aims to engage industry for partnering opportunities and collaboration to deliver strike mission planning software capabilities to the fleet.
2024 November 20 – FHWA Accelerating Market Readiness Program Virtual Industry Day
The Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Office of Technical Services Accelerating Market Readiness (AMR) Program, intends to release a new five-year open Broad Agency Announcement (BAA). The purpose of this BAA is to solicit a variety of solutions that will support the strategic objectives of the AMR program The AMR program will provide resources for the rapid, national assessment of emerging innovations and for the development of objective-written documentation of these assessments.
A Virtual Industry Day will be held on November 20, 2024, through Microsoft Teams. A meeting invite link will be provided to attendees who pre-register. The purpose of this Virtual Industry Day will be for the Government to explain the overall FHWA Office of Technical Services vision as well as to provide details regarding the AMR BAA requirements identified at this time.

2024 December 3 – Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) Cyber Risk Assessment Tools Industry Day
Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) Cyber Assessment Branch will host an Industry Day on 03 December 2024 at MCTSSA, Camp Pendleton, California, 92055 from 0830 to 1230 PST. The Industry Day is a four-hour event comprised of a general orientation session followed by an open communication between the Government and Industry to discuss commercial practices.

2024 December 12 – DHS ICE Law Enforcement Systems and Analysis (LESA) Virtual Industry Day and One-on-One Sessions
As part of the RFI process, the government intends to host a virtual industry briefing via Microsoft Teams on 12/12/2024 from 9:00am to 11:00am Eastern Time (ET). Virtual one-on-one sessions will be scheduled for the following day 12/13/2024. The objective for hosting this briefing and one-on-one sessions is to further stimulate interest in the LESA program and answer questions to assist in preparation of capabilities statements prior to their due date. Any information received from industry as a result of the briefing will be used for market research to include determining if any small business set aside opportunities exist, procurement strategy, and allowing interested companies to network for potential teaming arrangements.
