Following the announcement that Tria Federal had launched a Strategic Partnership with American Corporate Partners to Support Veteran Career Transitions, and in advance of Veterans Day, we caught up with the team to find out more.
Why this Organization in Particular?
Tria Federal partnered with American Corporate Partners (ACP) because we wholeheartedly support ACP’s mission of helping veterans and active-duty spouses find meaningful employment opportunities and develop long-term careers. Through its highly personalized, one-on-one mentoring program, ACP connects veterans with mentors who can help them translate their unique skills and experiences into successful civilian career paths.
What is Mentorship in this Case?
ACP’s flagship mentoring program is designed to help veterans navigate their transition from military service into civilian careers. It pairs veterans with experienced professionals who provide mentorship, career advice, and support tailored to each veteran’s goals and background.
Involvement in this program reflects Tria’s deep commitment to giving back and supporting veterans. The interest from our team has been overwhelmingly positive. Many of our experienced employees – veteran and non-veteran alike – are eager to contribute to this initiative, and our first group of new mentors is currently kicking off their year-long mentoring commitments.
What Drives Tria’s Commitment to Veterans and What’s Next?
Service to veterans is deeply embedded in Tria’s corporate culture and is reflected in the work we do. Tria works closely with the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Defense Health Agency, and other customers to improve care for veterans and active-duty service members. Through our efforts to improve systems, streamline processes, and enhance services, we help to eliminate financial barriers and expand veterans’ access to high-quality health care.
For Tria employees, it is an honor to know that the work we do directly impacts the lives of millions of veterans and their families in such a meaningful way. For Tria employees who are veterans, we find it incredibly rewarding to help fellow veterans.
Tria continually strives to strengthen our commitment to our coworkers, customers and community. The partnership with ACP is not the only veteran-related initiative we plan to pursue in 2025, and we also will engage with other non-profit organizations, particularly around issues like healthcare and STEM education.
Tria is firmly committed to supporting the well-being of veterans. As we continue to grow, Tria’s dedication to veterans will be embedded in our culture, our values, and the work we do every day.
