The objective of this Task Order is to ensure that OCC Death Benefit plans remain competitive and among the best within the FIRREA community. In addition, this will assist OCC in understanding the death benefits premium trends and future premium increases in 2025 and beyond.
The contractor shall provide Death Claim Benefits Consulting Support that ensures OCC has the best‐valued benefits program that positions them as a leader in the FIRREA community. The contractor shall provide death claims submission review and analysis, evaluation, and conduct market research on industry trends. All tasks shall be performed in a manner that meets the highest level of professional standards and adheres to industry leading practices.
Contractor shall perform the following activities associated with each task:
