T-Rex Solutions (T-Rex), a leading IT solutions provider, and Ábaco Strategy (Abaco), an SBA-certified 8(a), WOSB, EDWOSB and HUBZone IT company, are pleased to announce the formation of a purpose-built joint venture (JV) and Mentor-Protégé Agreement (MPA) under the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP).
T-Rex and Abaco have established AbacoRex, LLC, an 8(a), EDWOSB, HUBZone JV that merges extensive expertise and innovative solutions to address the complex challenges of the Federal government. AbacoRex combines decades of experience, large-scale success, and a dedication to excellence to ensure government efficiency and modernization for our clients.

Within the MPA, T-Rex will provide mentorship and guidance to Abaco as they expand their portfolio of support to the Federal government in a wide range of solution areas. AbacoRex will be offering IT Engineering solutions promoting efficiency and transparency. These include Cloud, Cyber, Data and Agile Transformation solutions along with Customer Experience (CX) solutions required for user experience and technology adoption.
