T and T Consulting Services, Inc. proudly announces the successful renewal of its partnership with the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Medical Education and Training Campus (METC). The contract, valued at $19 million, underscores T and T’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional support to METC’s vital mission of training the nation’s frontline medical personnel.

Under the renewed contract, T and T will continue to provide comprehensive support across a range of services crucial to METC’s operations. This includes Tier I/Tier II Help Desk support, audiovisual (AV) services, video teleconference (VTC) capabilities, project management, warehouse support, audiovisual production, and network and system administration operations. Additionally, the partnership will expand to cover emerging mission areas such as medical illustration support.

Built upon the flexible Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, T and T’s approach guarantees efficient and effective management of METC’s operations. Leveraging its expertise, T and T is poised to safeguard the continued success of the METC/T and T partnership.

T and T’s robust inventory management practices and meticulous attention to detail guarantee the availability and accountability of essential parts and equipment, further enhancing METC’s operational resilience. The company continually analyzes customer service call data to identify areas for improvement, striving to enhance user experience quality and optimize support delivery.
