HyerTek is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Kaplan, CF.APMP as Director of Business Development and Capture. In this role, Mr. Kaplan will lead business development efforts, support proposal initiatives, and drive growth strategies as HyerTek expands its presence in the federal marketplace.
Before joining HyerTek, Steven served as Presidio Federal’s Capture and Business Development Executive, where he successfully secured contracts with key federal agencies, including the Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA), with a combined value exceeding $100 million. His career also includes leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and DBi Services, where he played a key role in achieving significant growth and operational success.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson University and a CF APMP certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
