State requires access to a platform that is compliant with current Federal security requirements, easy to use, flexible, and scalable, with the ability to configure the system to meet central data reporting requirements while also providing a range of flexible applications, templates, and workflows for meeting the diverse needs of the regional and domestic bureaus and posts around the world.

1. The solution shall be a cloud computing platform.
2. The solution shall be a software tool that will allow for low-code/no-code application development.
3. The solution shall be able to host custom applications using Java Script, AJAX, PL/SQL logic, Angular JS, and Jelly languages.
4. The solution shall have native capabilities for code testing, validation, and release processes. e. The solution shall be a software tool that allows for out-of-the-box and customizable workflow configuration.
5. The solution shall be a software tool that supports ITSM workflows (i.e., Incident Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, Service Level Management, etc).
6. The solution shall be a software tool that can perform configuration management database (CMDB) activities, roles, and reporting via various Discovery agents.
7. The solution shall be a software tool that can support hardware and software asset management reporting and business functions at an enterprise level, inclusive of automation of the asset management lifecycle.
8. The solution shall be a software tool that can support security operations (Sec-Ops) reporting and business functions at an enterprise level.
9. The solution shall be able to integrate with other cloud and on-premises solutions.
10. The solution shall be a software application tool for cross cloud/on-premises building.
11. The solution shall have the ability to automate record creations for incident and change management reporting, as well as provide chatbot/agent chat self-service capabilities …
