Stacey Fournier-Thibodaux has been promoted to the role of President with Cask US where she takes on the role of operating the leading Elite pure-play ServiceNow partner in the US.
Yesterday was one of the best days of my career. I was promoted to President of Cask US. I was voted most likely to become President my senior year of high school and yesterday was that day, but the path took a turn, and the road here was winding. In my second year of college, I became a single mom to a beautiful baby girl. That moment changed my life completely. My priorities shifted from trying to pursue a career in politics to surviving and taking care of my daughter. On a whim, I went into a technical program that was 8 short months and landed my first job in IT on a help desk. Going back to school and getting my BS was a feat in and of itself. It took longer than I’d like to admit, but as time passed, my career in IT began to grow. I found my passion in how IT is run as a business and servicer, delighting our customers and exceeding their expectations. And then I was introduced to an emerging software called ServiceNow. Being a platform owner for 10 years was life-changing. Eventually, I realized that my magic was pulling all the pieces together to make meaningful change happen, and I got my Master’s in Organizational Leadership.
