RP Professional Services Taps Jenna Levy as New Director of Proposal Operations

Levy brings over a decade of specialized experience in proposal management, development, and solution architecture – delivering tailored, compelling solutions to fulfill complex government objectives.

Jenna Levy brings over ten years of experience successfully managing a wide range of proposals for opportunities ranging from $2M to $17B. She has a proven track record of crafting persuasive win themes, practical delivery approaches, and compelling narratives that align technical concepts and business capabilities to address mission-critical challenges. Before joining RP Professional Services, Levy spent over six years as a capture and proposal consultant at Wolf Den Associates, a leading growth consulting firm. In this role, she collaborated with a diverse range of companies—from 8(a) firms to large, industry-leading systems integrators— contributing to over $10B in contract wins at federal agencies such as the VA, USAID, DoD, and HHS.

In her new role at RP, Levy will lead the Proposal Operations Team within RP’s Growth Organization, providing strategic leadership, proposal direction, and content generation while supporting the entire business development lifecycle – owning the proposal process from start to finish. Her experience supporting cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and PMO technical solutions with key RP customers will play an integral role in the next phase of RP’s growth.
