Hintz brings over a decade of specialized experience in developing compelling strategies that enable companies to expand their footprints within the federal marketplace.
Hintz’s extensive professional background involves working with small, middle-market, and large organizations, developing and executing growth strategies. Before joining RP Professional Services, Hintz spent over five years as a strategy and management consultant at Wolf Den Associates, a leading growth consulting firm. In this role, he collaborated with a diverse range of companies—from 8(a) firms to large, industry-leading systems integrators—identifying, developing, and executing critical go-to-market strategies.
In addition to his work as a management consultant, Hintz led on-site support for the United States Air Force (USAF) Director of Cyberspace Innovation, managing all project activities and stakeholder interactions to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of cybersecurity-related priorities. He supported USAF leadership in bringing cyberspace innovation to airmen through programs such as the Air Force Spark Tank, AFWERX, Kessel Run Program, and collaboration with Defense Digital Service (DDS), implementing multiple cloud-native and cloud-enabling programs now in production. With a dynamic background in acquisition, business development, and corporate strategy, Mr. Hintz will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of RP.
In his new role at RP, Hintz will run RP’s Growth Organization, providing strategic leadership, long-range planning, and new growth initiatives. His experience working across the industry brings invaluable knowledge and insight as RP continues to grow and mature.
