Richard Ahn has joined Connected Logistics as Cost Estimating & Pricing Director to support the strategic growth of Connected Logistics and its Joint Venture (JV), Canopy Health, a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation 2 (T4NG2) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Prime. Richard brings a proven track record of leading comprehensive pricing strategies for dozens of prime bids annually. Over the past nine years, Richard has overseen a pipeline of more than $7 Billion, resulting in task order awards valued at more than $1 Billion. His wealth of knowledge across numerous Federal Government Agencies, IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, industry partners, and evolving pricing strategies – coupled with strong analytical skills – were instrumental in the growth of Richard’s previous employer from a small to a large business.

Working in collaboration with Connected Logistics’ and Canopy Health’s Growth, Technical Solutioning, Human Resources/Recruiting, and Operations teams, Richard will formulate winning pricing strategies and uphold high-quality proposal standards by leading the end-to-end pricing process, encompassing basis of estimate and Q&A development, internal scheduling, market research, teammate rate negotiations, and development of pricing narratives for Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), Cost Reimbursable (CR), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), and Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) contracts.
