As part of the federal government digital transformation initiatives, GSA seeks to better understand industry capabilities for developing and deploying cloud solutions to replace existing on-premise infrastructure and adapt / transform the legacy software systems for Cloud deployment. This includes the utilization of modern cloud service providers, establishing necessary controls and documentation for an agency to seek Authority to Operation(ATO) based on FedRAMP Moderate control baseline, and sustaining routine operation of the on-premises tech stacks while developing cloud strategy.
The objective of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to provide services to the ASC to accelerate their modernization of a web based appraisal system(asc.gov). The services will focus on providing support for a wide range of IT, consultative, and project management for sustained operation as well as devising a strategy for cloud adoption.
