The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has again chosen RB Consulting, Inc.(RBCI) to provide innovative services and solutions in support of our military veterans. This 5-year $22M contract is to assist the Medical Disability Examination Office (MDEO) at measuring the performance of MDE vendors performing disability evaluations. RBCI and our trusted partner, Best Value Technology Incorporated (BVTI), will introduce emerging technologies and robotic process automation to continually improve how MDEO interacts with Veterans and communicates their feedback via customer satisfaction surveys. We are excited to tackle this important work and provide VA MDEO with fresh perspectives, thought leadership, and evidence-based decision-making through our value-based, mission-centered approach.
