Protest of $115M Space Force Chief Operations Office Advisory & Assistance Services award forces contract extension

Updated January 23, 2024

A formal protest filed in relation to a recently awarded 5-year contract to provide support to the US Space Force Chief Operations Office has forced the agency to extend the incumbent contract held by Sigmatech, with options that could last up to a year (FA7014-24-F-0062).

This contract is a bridge action and is awarded to provide continuity of support for the Space Force Chief Operations Office, which requires contractor technical, operational, acquisition related, and support advisory and assistance services to develop policy and guidance for field organizations, and lastly, provide operational expertise and oversight to Headquarters Space Force and other defense agencies.

More will be shared here as it is made available.
