Bio:
Rich is a seasoned federal growth leader with a strong background in implementing capture model maturity and governance best practices. With experience at McKinsey & Company leading federal client development initiatives and as a Capture Manager for GovCIO, Rich has experience managing federal captures ranging from $10M to $1B across various sectors. His 15+ years of experience also includes a decade in CMS' Office of Acquisition and Grants Management, where he led special projects for the current and two previous Head Contracting Authorities (HCAs). Rich has served as the NCMA Woodlawn Secretary on the Board of Directors since being elected in June 2023. Prior to entering federal contracting, Rich was a founding member of Mainline Solar, a solar construction company featured in Forbes Magazine in 2011.

Rich received his bachelor's degree from Bucknell University in 2009 and a Masters Degree in Data Science from Loyola University in 2021.
