Mr. Sacca is a well-respected senior thought leader with over 38 years experience supporting federal healthcare initiatives. He has extensive experience in the procurement, growth, management, oversight, and delivery of contracts and grants funded by the U.S. Department of
Health and Human Services (HHS).
His experience includes large-scale analytic and data driven initiatives, cutting across high-visibility value-based care, national measure analysis, clinical quality
measure development, measurement science, standards-based reporting, technical assistance, stakeholder support, and public comment initiatives.
His experience extends to managing projects/pilots specific to open-source code development such as cloud-based
conversions of legacy SAS code, and development of algorithms—to improve timeliness, run-time, cost associated with clinical quality measure calculations across clinical domains and data sources.
