Bio:
Brittany is an executive in the Federal Contracting industry serving as the Chief Executive Officer and an owner of Flatter, Inc. – a Federal Contractor local to the Fredericksburg, VA area and provider of Professional Services to the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and other Civilian Agencies. Brittany also serves her local community as a board member with the Rappahannock United Way and is a member of their Diversity & Inclusion task force. Brittany also serves as the Chair on Riphean Investments Advisory Board, a PE firm that focuses on National Security.
Brittany holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Boston University, and a Master’s Degree from the George Washington University in Homeland Security, is PMP certified, and an ICF ACC certified coach. She has a passion for bringing solutions to her customers’ most complex challenges.
In addition to her formal education, Brittany is a mother of four, the daughter of a Marine Corps Veteran, and wife of a U.S. Army Veteran. During her tenure at Flatter, Brittany has served in the roles of Information Technology Manager, Quality Manager, Business Developer, and Chief Financial Officer.
