PCI Government recruits experienced growth lead Mike McKinney to be Executive Vice President – Growth

Armed with over 30 years of experience in the industry, establishing and managing a $7B pipeline, winning hundreds of millions of dollars and leading the business development and growth strategy for an 8(a) family of companies that provide mission-critical solutions to federal agencies, this leader takes on a new challenge.

A retired USAF Colonel, Mike McKinney is now listed as Executive Vice President – Growth with PCI Government Services.

Said PCI Government in their announcement

“Please join us in welcoming Mike McKinney as our Executive Vice President of Growth.

Mr. McKinney brings over 30 years of service in industry and the United States Air Force. Prior to joining PCI-GS, he held multiple roles at large and mid-tier companies as Chief Growth Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Board Advisor. He oversaw a $7B pipeline and led the delivery operation of over 600 people with an annual revenue of $125 million supporting numerous contracts with federal government agencies including the Department of State, Department of Labor, Department of Transportation and Department of Agriculture and DOD customers including the Air Force, Army, Navy, National Guard, and Marine Corps.Β  His long track record of leadership, extensive government experience and multifaceted organizational capability in both the civilian and military world propels the company’s growth and fosters transformative partnerships. Mr. McKinney previously served in the U.S. Air Force for 26 years where he commanded at three levels, was a Fighter Pilot and amassed over 3,200 hours in the F-16, F-117, and the F-4, and led the Air Force’s first Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Group.”
