Partner Request: DOD WHS RFI: $510M Multiple-Award Joint Data and Analytic Support Services IDIQ

This Emerging 8(a) WOSB, with Prime Past Performance leading two Enterprise Analytics Programs in the Federal sector, is seeking a mid-tier or large partner with direct past performance and relationships with the OSD CAPE managed organization.

Background

OSD-CAPE and the AWG intend to reestablish and evolve the Joint Data Support in increments. This Performance Work Statement covers the tasks and objectives for the multiple award IDIQ that are associated with the overarching JDS effort, which will aim to meet future force data requirements for all DoD major weapons systems as well as agile analytic tool development. This effort will focus on reestablishing and expanding on future U.S. and threat forces data development in terms of force structure, capabilities, and deployment activities. Additionally, this task order will address development of analytic study support and knowledge management activities within the AWG as well as administrative management activities. Future task orders will address specific analytic tool development, information technology infrastructure support and support to higher classification programs and networks while also expanding on capability data product development and knowledge management activities.
