Partner Forces LLC, a woman-owned small business, is proud to welcome Andy Glaser as Senior Vice President of Strategy. Andy joins the company’s executive leadership team and will oversee strategic growth and client development for a diverse and rapidly expanding portfolio of federal, state and local, and industry clients. 

Prior to joining Partner Forces, Andy served as an Executive at MetaPhase Consulting, where he oversaw the delivery and growth of the firm’s consulting and technology portfolio. Andy led the growth of the Homeland Security practice, delivering work for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, United States Secret Service, Federal Emergency Management Agency, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and Transportation Security Administration. He has also served in leadership roles at Eagle Hill Consulting, ICF, and IBM.
