NIST Sources Sought: Market Risk Assessment Tool

As part of NIST, the CHIPS Research and Development (R&D) goals include accelerating ideas to market, where the best ideas achieve commercial scale as quickly and cost effectively as possible.  To help with the mission, CHIPs R&D staff requires the best tools and data to understand industry markets and funding activities.  Additionally, CHIPS R&D program, including the National Advanced Packaging and Manufacturing Program and the CHIPS Manufacturing USA Program depend on the NIST Research Security and Safeguarding International Science Team (Research Security Team) to conduct research security reviews and risk determinations of CHIPS R&D program applications.

The Research Security Team responsibilities are expanding to provide risk-balanced reviews of foreign engagements across NIST, including to CHIPS R&D.  To fulfill the needs of both CHIPS R&D and the Research Security Team, Government requires access to services providing a better understanding of industry market and funding activities by assessing small businesses and their subcontractors for potential venture capital investment ties to entities of concern.

This is a sources sought notice to identify market risk assessment tool that have the capabilities of providing resource for comprehensive data, research and insights spanning the global capital markets to help the customer work smarter with advanced searches, discovery and insights, constant technology sector and company monitoring for venture capital awards, for company profiles and workflow and efficiency enabling the Government to make strategic decisions, get answers fast, and obtain insight to company (both private and public) profiles.
