Tasks. The contractor shall provide experienced Subject Matter Expert(s) services to perform the following tasks:

  • Reverse engineer the existing software to document each set of functionality, logic, and user interface.
  • Create a detailed requirements document that documents all functionality within the software system.
  • Provide screenshots, logic flowcharts, and examples where necessary, to illustrate the requirements.
  • Document a functional manual test plan including test scenarios to be used for release testing by any user.
  • Assist in executing functional test cases during each release.
  • The contractor shall deliver the following items throughout the life of the contract:
  • Detailed analysis of functionality, including inputs, outputs, and processing logic.
  • Requirements Document:
    • Functional requirements specification (FRS) covering all software functionalities.
    • Non-functional requirements specification (NFRS) including performance, security, and usability requirements.
    • Use cases with detailed scenarios and examples.
    • Screenshots of key software interfaces and examples of input-output relationships.
    • Flowcharts depicting software logic and data flow.
    • Documented functional TEST plan with manual testing scenarios.
  • Presentation:
    • A walkthrough presentation of the requirements document highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Test Execution:
    • NAIS release requires the execution of the developed test plans.
  • Monthly Report:
    • Provide a monthly report that describes tasks performed the previous month within 5 days of the month end.

The period of performance is a base year with three option years.
