In support of developing a strong workforce culture, the NINDS Office of the Director is seeking organizational development services to provide expert consultation in the launch and continuous improvement of the NINDS PROACTIVE Navigator Program, executive coaching services, senior level advisory services; and leadership training services. NINDS views implementing practices and trainings that promote self-awareness, inclusivity, accountability and empathy would be fundamental prior to learning leading shared problem solving, continuous improvement and creative solutions amongst its senior and rising leaders. The contractor is expected to collaborate with NINDS to advise on implementing a shared, inclusive and accountable approach to leadership and organizational development that cascades up, down and throughout the organization. In support of these efforts, the Contractor shall possess the capability of providing Leadership and Professional Development and Training Support, Executive Coaching Services, and Facilitation Services. Additionally the Contractor should be experienced in providing expert consultation to building and sustaining a peer support program (PROACTIVE Program).
The Government anticipates award of a labor-hour (L-H) type purchase order for this acquisition. A resultant contract or order shall include a ceiling price that the contractor exceeds at its own risk. The period of performance shall include one 12-month base period effective at time of award anticipated to begin on January 6, 2025 through January 5, 2026.
