NGA RFI: MOJAVE FA1 program Follow On

This RFI – Sources Sought seeks vendors that are capable of performing the follow-on requirements on the MOJAVE FA1 program to conduct day-to-day operations across the enterprise. The contractor must provide services that enable the NGA component organizations to perform general support services, business and policy administration, facilities and space management, program and project management, technical, programmatic, corporate communications, training, interior design, development and graphic design functions.

NGA is specially requesting that companies falling within OASIS Plus small business socioeconomic groups respond to the questions requested in the attached RFI on their capabilities and past performance with similar requirements. However, businesses of all sizes are recommended to provide their assessment and their recommendations: The approach of the follow-on contract has yet to be determined. However, NGA is currently exploring GSA’s OASIS Plus contract vehicle to fulfill these requirements.

The contractor is expected to possess the requisite technical and programmatic expertise and relevant experience to support NGA’s requirements for the MOJAVE FA1 Follow-on. The relevant experience sought should transcend organizations and provide NGA an understanding of the contractor’s experience. Specifically, NGA seeks to understand industry’s general support and staff augmentation experience germane to the component’s mission needs:

General Services:  The MOJAVE FA1 program currently provides services required by the NGA to conduct day to day operations across the enterprise. The contractor must provide a variety of general support and staff augmentation services to resolve manpower needs, reduce administrative burden and expedite the execution and completion of mission critical tasks that enable the NGA component organizations to maintain business and policy administration, facilities and space management, program and project management, interior design, corporate communications, training and development and graphic design functions.

Of note: VERTEX 1 and 2 have already been awarded and VERTEX IT Services is currently under evaluation.

Requirement A: Analysis (A) This scope may include support services required to provide and develop analytic expertise and mission partner liaisons to deliver integrated GEOINT that informs and enables national security mission(s). The functions and missions citied herein are not exhaustive and require approximately 80 Full Time Equivalents (FTEs), as related to the scope of this effort. Requirement B: Security & Installation Operations (SI) This scope may include support services required to provide premier protections, security, and facilities with the goal to be recognized as the best and most sough-after experts in installation operation, facilities management, security and counterintelligence throughout DoD and intelligence communities, enabling secure online and on-demand access to GEOINT. The functions and missions citied herein are not exhaustive and require approximately 79 Full Time Equivalents (FTEs), as related to the scope of this effort.
