The Contractor shall provide Mission Readiness, alteration baseline support, integration and Network Infrastructure Support Services to include: Conducting training events, Subject Matter Expertise (SME) Support, Readiness Support, Meeting Support, Baseline Compliance Support, Curriculum Development, Instruction and Processes Development, Trends Analysis, Cyber Security Support, Asset Support, Compliance Evaluation Support, Command Communications and Equipment Support, and Risk Management Framework Support. The contractor shall provide in-port support services as stated in this PWS, in CONUS and OCONUS.
Tasks:
- Headquarters support Financial Analyst / Lifecycle Manager Historically one (1) FTE has been utilized for successful performance at COMNAVSURFLANT (CNSL), Naval Station, Norfolk, VA.
The contractor shall provide Shipboard Multipurpose Copier Program (SMCP) Support. The contractor shall work with internal and external clients, third party vendors, the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in accomplishing project objectives in support SMCP program, to include the tracking of onboard equipment requirements, training requirements, and pre-deployment supply requirements. The contractor shall work with CIO to facilitate decisions necessary for program delivery and communicate funding requirements. Performance is estimated to commence on or around 01 March 2026. The period of performance is anticipated to consist of one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods and may include FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, to provide for an additional six (6) months of performance.
