Navy RFI: Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR) Administrative Support Services IDIQ

Department of the Navy (DON/AA Contract Management Division (CMD) is seeking information from all categories of SB for the purpose of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or SB subcontracting goals for this IDIQ requirement.

This contract will provide the OCHR and ASN (M&RA) with administrative and management support including all necessary personnel, supervision, management, materials, and services as defined by tasks identified in each order.

Tasking:  This contract will provide administrative support to OCHR Headquarters, Operation Centers to include Overseas Programs and ASN (M&RA).

4.1 Meetings:  The contractor shall provide support in the planning and scheduling of meetings, and teleconferences as required. Required assistance includes but is not limited to the following:  Prepare briefing slides in final format and shall edit as needed.  Review slides for professional presentation format, content, consistency and flow, ensuring compliance with Corporate Communications Guide/Instructions.  Coordinate all requirements for conducting the meeting (such as location, set up, audio-visual requirements).  Perform the role as meeting facilitator.  Participate in special meetings that include but are not limited to weekly Division meetings, monthly OCHR Operations Centers conference calls, and annual conferences.  Develop agenda for monthly meetings, coordinating agenda items with Division Directors and PMs.

4.2 Executive:  The contractor shall provide direct administrative support to the senior executive leader.  This includes, but is not limited to, processing administrative packages for executive review, managing transportation and travel, managing executive calendars including meeting and other administrative support as may be required daily by the executive staff.

4.3 Records Management:  The contractor shall provide records management support to the agencies to include the following:  Digitizing and maintaining records both in physical and digital formats.  Properly categorizing records based on their importance and sensitivity. Ensuring records are kept for the required duration and disposed of securely when no longer needed. Ensuring that records management practices comply with relevant laws.  Managing who can access and modify record, including setting permissions and security measures. Properly archiving older records for long term storage.

4.4 Program: The contractor shall assist in preparing briefing templates, communication fact sheets, managing formal tasks, naval messaging formatting, managing program equipment (e.g., computers and phones), and interfacing with the Command leadership …
