National Consulting Partners and Cogitativo JV awarded DOD AI Talent 2.0 Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)

Radial Technologies, a joint venture between National Consulting Partners and Cogitativo, is proud to announce its selection as an awardee under the Department of Defense’s AI Talent 2.0 Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), led by the DoD Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO)!

This award positions Radial as a key partner in helping the DoD access elite AI talent and advisory services—critical to strengthening AI governance, modernizing defense capabilities, and accelerating mission-driven innovation.
