NASA to release RFP for Evaluations, Assessments, Studies, Services, and Support (EASSS) 4 In Mid-October

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Langley Research Center (LaRC) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (DRFP) Evaluations, Assessments, Studies, Services, and Support 4 (EASSS 4). This acquisition is a re-procurement of the EASSS 3 contract 80LARC20D0007. The scope of this contract will include evaluations, assessments, studies, services, and support for the Science Office for Mission Assessments (SOMA) and other NASA organizations as designated in individual task orders.

The Government will release a draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) in mid-October. The proposed solicitation number is 80LARC24R0011. A pre-proposal conference is anticipated approximately 13 calendar days after DRFP release is anticipated to be conducted virtually. The proposal due date is anticipated to be forty-five (45) days after the release of the final RFP. The anticipated contract will be a single award, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract and have a five (5) year period of performance.
