NASA Sources Sought: Occupational Health Contract III (NOHC III)

NASA/John F. Kennedy Space Center (KSC) is hereby soliciting information from potential sources to support the NASA Office of the Chief Health and Medical Officer (OCHMO) requirements for occupational health program administration and management support services.

The NASA OCHMO requires contractor support services to augment the administration and management of the NASA Occupational Health (OH) program. The contractor shall provide all necessary management, personnel, materials, equipment/supplies, travel, and training (not otherwise provided by the Government) necessary to perform the following, but not limited to, the following services at all local and remote locations (reference “Place of Performance” for locations):

Administrative support to the Occupational/Environmental/Medical health program, to include:

  • Provide professional occupational/environmental/medical personnel with expertise in team management/supervision, occupational medicine, industrial hygiene, health physics, food safety, physical fitness/wellness, internet technology, federal workers compensation, employee assistance program and electronic health record systems.
  • Provide suggestions and recommendations for improving occupational/environmental/medical health programs and policies by increasing efficiency and effectiveness …

Information technology (IT) support, including:

  • Lead software development projects including the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation for new systems or enhancements.
  • Review, enhance, and create agency website pages/social media platforms to ensure functionality, user-friendliness, quality of content, and resolving or arrange to have resolved critical issues affecting website configuration …

Occupational/Environmental/Medical health technical support including:

  • Review and implement Agencywide occupational/environmental/medical health policies.
  • Serve on a team that conducts onsite occupational/environmental/medical health reviews at NASA regional locations four to five times per year where occupational medicine, industrial hygiene, health physics, electronic health record system functions, food safety, childcare, fitness/wellness programs, and employee assistance programs are evaluated …

The Government is contemplating a contract with a duration of up to 10 years.
