NASA/Stennis Space Center (SSC) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following Commercial item/services: Multi-Center Administrative Support Services (MCASS).

The requirement supports NASA’s Space Flight Region (SFR) which includes Stennis Space Center (SSC), Johnson Space Center (JSC), Kennedy Space Center (KSC) and Marshall Space Flight Center (MFSC), and requires secretarial and administrative support services to fulfill their respective missions and objectives. (Note all references to JSC also include the White Sands Test Facility (WSTF) and all references to MSFC also include the Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF).) The current DASS contract which provides said services to these centers will expire on October 31, 2025.

The proposed MCASS contract will provide secretarial and administrative support to all levels of offices/organizations at NASA’s Space Flight Region (SFR). Organizations will include but is not limited to:

  • Program Directorates
  • Branch/Office and Division levels
  • Flight crews
  • Special teams and short term projects

The required support is comprised of:

  • General Office Services
  • Data Management Services
  • Time and Labor Collection
  • Property Coordination
  • Move Coordination
  • Training Coordination
  • Information Services Coordination
  • Special Events Coordination
  • Project Coordination

This acquisition is a 100% 8(a) set-aside.

The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 561110 and $12.5M, respectively.

The anticipated release date of the RFP, 800SSC024R0001, is on or about June 10, 2024 with an anticipated proposal due date of on or about July 10, 2024. A draft RFP will be issued prior to the final RFP affording industry the opportunity to submit questions.
