NASA Pre-Solicitation and Contract Extension: Advanced Computing Services

Notice ID: 80ARC018D0010

NASA/Ames Research Center (ARC) has a requirement for advanced computing services that provides support for the NASA Advanced Supercomputing (NAS) Division at ARC, the NASA Center for Climate Simulation (NCCS) at Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), other NASA Centers and Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) as required by the Government.

NASA/ARC intends to issue a sole source extension to acquire services from InuTeq, LLC. NASA/ARC intends to extend the current contract’s effective ordering period by up to 24 months. The extension will allow continued performance and continuation of mission critical services under this contract through June 30, 2030 by which time the follow-on, competitive contract is expected to be awarded. This is a hybrid Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF)/Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Single-Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, 80ARC018D0010. The rationale supporting this sole source award to InuTeq, LLC is in accordance with 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”.
