Approval of this J&A provides a mechanism for uninterrupted critical technical and programmatic A&AS services required by MDA functional organizations. The contract action will consist of a fifteen (15) day base from August 7, 2024 to August 22, 2024; and three (3) one (1) month options from August 23, 2024 to September 22, 2024; September 23, 2024 to October 22, 2024; and October 23, 2024 to November 22, 2024. The estimated cost for the proposed action is $874K, inclusive of all options.
The critical A&AS requirements covered under this J&A provide enterprise-wide efficiencies through centralized management of A&AS services, which focuses on eliminating redundancies, reducing overhead and increasing opportunities for sharing technical expertise throughout the Agency, including:
- The TEAMS Strategic Planning contract provides a knowledgeable, well-trained, and cohesive strategic planning management team that leverages agency capabilities to consistently provide customized, high performing, and efficiency-oriented strategic planning support to the Offices of the MDA Director, Deputy and Executive Directors (Executives), Senior Leadership, Execution, and Functional organizations.
