He brings with him more than 15 years of military experience as an Intelligence Officer and Acquisitions Program Manager supporting information technology for Interagency, United States Special Operations, and the Intelligence community. He first arrived at BESPIN in June 2022 as the Chief Operations Officer responsible for the daily operations of the Air Force’s only mobile software factory. He led business growth by continually improving operating procedures and promoting efficiency for a 250-member ecosystem in a premier operational cyber unit. This includes direct management for BESPIN’s planning, programming, budgeting, and executing process to ensure program success. As CEO, he is now responsible for implementing BESPIN’s mission, vision and strategic direction, while working alongside other leaders within our ecosystem to develop plans to achieve our goals.
