LMI will provide the Air Force (AF) and the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) Logistics Directorate (LG) Office with highly specialized services and analysis to support Readiness-Spares Packages (RSP) and Readiness-Based Sparing (RBS). During this contract, LMI will support supply chain data and perform in-depth analysis to improve AF supply chain readiness and the management principles related to RSP and RBS, as well as enable decision making and oversight of supply chain health across the AF enterprise. The $33.9 million contract has a five-year performance period.

LMI will work with AFSC to present optimization tools consistent with AFSC 2.0 goals and Digital Depot Vision for Industry. With LMI experts in all logistics areas, the Air Force will benefit from the best practices in requirements computational logic, paving the way for supply chain innovation at reduced risk and cost.
