LMI was one of the companies recently awarded an Enterprise Program Services (EPS) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a maximum value of $670 million, and a 4-year base contract period plus two 2-year option periods.
LMI will provide USPS-required comprehensive EPS support to various initiatives to meet the needs of USPS’s executive leadership, support global and electronic commerce, and drive internal operational efficiencies as it creates new products and services. This includes both strategic and tactical support on projects that will enable USPS to remain competitive, retain its leadership role in the mailing industry, and achieve improvements in customers service, performance, and productivity.
“We are honored to expand our support and provide innovative solutions for USPS to ensure they meet and exceed their business objectives,” said Zaki Saleh, senior vice president of LMI’s health and civilian market.
LMI has a long history with USPS, with over 25 years as a USPS supplier, and has received the U.S. Postal Service Supplier Excellence Award in both 2021 and 2022, recognizing LMI for exceptional quality and delivery in its contributions to the Postmaster General’s (PMG’s) Strategic Portfolio Planning process, standup and management of the Integrated Logistics Ecosystem (ILE), and our support to USPS through the COVID-19 pandemic.
