RELI Group is pleased to announce that our founder and chairman, Mohammad Elias, will be resuming the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2024. This transition comes as our current CEO, Swami Swaminathan, steps down after seven years of exemplary leadership with the company to pursue his other interest.

Since joining RELI Group in 2017, Swami has played a crucial role in guiding the company through significant growth and innovation. His leadership has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering outstanding results for our clients.  We are grateful for Swami’s contributions.

Mohammad Elias, who founded RELI Group in 2013 and has been serving as chairman, is uniquely positioned to lead the company into its next phase of growth. Following some time away with family, he brings a fresh perspective and renewed energy to our strategic goals. His focus will be on enhancing our competitive edge, fostering a culture of innovation and strengthening our market position. His vision and strategic leadership have been foundational to the success of RELI Group thus far, and we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead under his guidance.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Swami for his service and look forward to this new chapter with Mohammad back at the helm. We wish Swami the best in his next endeavor!

I am grateful to our customers and partners for taking a chance on me and giving our company the opportunity to serve the American public. We have built a great team of consultants and experts in the domain of Healthcare and National Security. After stepping aside for couple of years to focus on family and charitable work, I am excited to come back and lead the company. Here’s to RELI Group, Inc. 2.0!!
