In this role he serves as the Senior Strategist for the JFHQ-DODIN Commander, Deputy Commander, and Executive Director; mentors and advises on national-level cyber strategies, plans, and policies on behalf of the JFHQ-DODIN Plans and Policy Directorate, J5; and routinely leads, oversees, manages, or consults on the development of campaign-level plans and assessments, resourcing, doctrine, manpower strategies, intelligence, and mission partner engagements to improve technology, doctrine, and processes for cyberspace operations and operations in the information environment affecting the security, operations, and defense of the DODIN and bolstering national security initiatives.
