Joint Force Headquarters-DOD Information Network adds Cyber Command SME as Strategy, Plans, and Policy Executive (HQE)

This DOD Senior Level professional appointed to the Excepted Service, experienced in leading cross-functional teams and building critical partnerships in the development of inventive solutions to national-strategic and operational challenges and with a sustained history of success developing and implementing DoD cyber and information warfare strategies, plans, policies, and orders affecting national security, takes on a new role.

Bradley Rees is now identified as Strategy, Plans, and Policy Executive (HQE) with the Joint Force Headquarters-DoD Information Network. In this role he serves as the Senior Strategist for the JFHQ-DODIN Commander, Deputy Commander, and Executive Director; mentors and advises on national-level cyber strategies, plans, and policies on behalf of the JFHQ-DODIN Plans and Policy Directorate, J5; and routinely leads, oversees, manages, or consults on the development of campaign-level plans and assessments, resourcing, doctrine, manpower strategies, intelligence, and mission partner engagements to improve technology, doctrine, and processes for cyberspace operations and operations in the information environment affecting the security, operations, and defense of the DODIN and bolstering national security initiatives.
