J29, Inc. (J29), an employee-centered healthcare management consulting company, welcomes Dion Trahan as J29’s new “Vice President of Growth”.
In this role, Trahan will support growth functions related to J29’s ability to support health and human service missions at the commercial, State, and Federal levels. Additionally, Trahan will work closely with clients and partners across all private and public sectors to understand how J29 can align to their health and human service missions, thus continuing J29’s growth as an award-winning, employee-centered healthcare management consulting company.

Dion not only brings the experience and insight we need—he also deeply understands our mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others through our work.” said J29’s CEO and Founder, Tracy Mills.
Supporting growth of organizations across commercial, State, and Federal health missions for over 20 years, Trahan brings a wealth of experience that includes highlights working with various sized government-focused companies and the U.S House of Representatives as a Staff Member and Policy Fellow. As a Staff Member, Trahan worked on various tasks on Capitol Hill that included tracking legislative agenda, following and briefing on legislation, policy memoranda, drafting legislation, and advising various members of the U.S. Congress. Additionally, Trahan served on the Veterans’ Affairs Committee, providing a unique perspective on the budgetary, legislative, and program involvement of the U.S Congress.

Prior to J29 and throughout his career, Trahan has served in various roles ranging from Vice President of Strategic Development, and Technical Healthcare Principal at organizations ranging from $1 million to $100 million in annual revenues.

Trahan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. He earned his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law from Louisiana State University. He has a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in Law and Government from The American University.
