During this 7-year task order, leveraging ServiceNow, we will drive modernization plans and strategies at #EPA. These plans and strategies include #modernizing the intake and ideation processes for OITO and possibly the #EPA enterprise, automating repetitive asset management and enterprise service desk tasks, planning for purchased #ServiceNow modules usage, and improving service level agreements to drive measurements and data-driven decision-making.
