IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) is proud to announce our selection to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information & Technology (OIT) End User Services (EUS) division through a 5-year, $665M Endpoint Support and Operations Monitoring (ESOM) IT Support contract. This contract strengthens ITC’s longstanding relationship with the VA, building on our support across 15+ prime contracts over the past 7 years.
EUS is responsible for providing enterprise-level infrastructure engineering, system implementation, production operations, and IT service management. Within EUS, End User Operations (EUO) ensures accountability for all IT field system operations and production across the agency. EUO supports over 340,000 VA employees, thousands of contractors, and nearly 600,000 endpoints across 1,400+ VA facilities and countless remote locations.
Under this contract, ITC will deliver essential IT support services to help EUS fulfill its mission of serving Veterans and the public. This includes program and project management; IT operations and services (systems, application, and database administration); software/system technical support; disaster recovery planning; and the modernization of IT services across the enterprise.
