Background
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has deployed a new Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform to simplify and consolidate systems, while simultaneously improving the user experience for IRS employees and contractors. This platform is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution with extensive capabilities for use by the IRS.
The purpose of this requirement is to obtain services support needed for ongoing migration, integration, and improvements to the ServiceNow ESM platform capabilities. The contractor shall have expertise with in-depth experience implementing the IRWorks platform and provide strategic guidance and design support aligned with the IRS requests and the platform capabilities. To support these requests and streamline the adoption of these new capabilities in a way that is quick and sustainable, the Agency is requesting subject matter expertise to support the planning, management, and oversight of several concurrent initiatives.
General Requirements
This is a services contract to provide support to the IRWorks Program Management Office (IRWorks PMO). The effort shall supplement the Program Manager Team for Platform Support with completion of additional technical and planning assistance for the use, expansion, and ongoing oversight of the IRWorks Platform.Β The list of modules/capabilities to be delivered are listed below and detailed in section 9.
