“If you asked what keeps me up at night with our business, it’s the preservation and evolvement of our culture. We worked tirelessly a few years ago defining our Why We Exist and redefining our core values in line with a culture representative of our people, beliefs, and aspirations. Since then, it’s been about connecting with all employees via different mediums. We recently had our first IntePros Federal Day, led by our Community of Inclusion, at a park in Virginia to celebrate our culture and our people through food, music, and games.”
