The scope of this RFI includes the following primary areas:

1. ColdFusion Custom Application Maintenance and Support:
   1. Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and support for ColdFusion applications, including performance optimization, debugging, and bug fixes.
   2. Ensure the seamless operation of integrations with geospatial systems (e.g., Esri GIS -Geographic Information System,) and financial systems (e.g., accounting, budgeting, invoicing).
   3. Apply updates, patches, and security enhancements for both ColdFusion and integrated systems.
2. Geospatial Integration Support:
   1. Maintain and optimize the integration between ColdFusion applications and geospatial data sources, including GIS software, spatial databases, and mapping services.
   2. Resolve geospatial data issues such as accuracy, syncing, and performance.
   3. Ensure that geospatial data is efficiently processed and visualized within ColdFusion applications.
3. Financial System Integration Support:
   1. Maintain and optimize integration between ColdFusion applications and financial systems, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and invoicing platforms.
   2. Ensure smooth data flow and synchronization between ColdFusion applications and financial systems.
   3. Address any issues related to data integrity, accuracy, and reporting from financial systems.
4. Facilities Project Management Support:
   1. Integrate or enhance the ColdFusion applications to support facilities project management, including tracking construction timelines, budgeting, resources, and reporting.
   2. Implement systems to manage construction workflows, project progress tracking, task assignments, contractor communications, and resource allocations.
