Nikolaos Ipiotis will bring experience earned over the course of a two decade plus career leading and driving Information Technology systems efforts with industry and government, as well as perspective gained as the Chief Data Officer with the Department of Health and Human Services, to his new role as CIO with the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H).
