I’ve spent the last two years helping the Office of Refugee Resettlement Unaccompanied Children program leverage user-centered, iterative technology and design to better serve the needs of unaccompanied children and their sponsors. I can’t wait to support other programs within the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) with modern design, product management, engineering, and bureaucracy hacking as part of the newly formed Digital Service division of ACF Tech!”
