Gunnison awarded $25M Contract at US Courts

Gunnison Consulting Group, Inc. (“Gunnison”) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary CENTERPOINT, a leading provider of cybersecurity services, has been successfully awarded the Administrative Office of the US Courts Security Policy and Assessment Division Services (SPADS) contract. This single award, full and open contract includes a 12-month base period of performance and four one-year option periods with a total estimated award value of $25.5 million.

“Gunnison-CENTERPOINT is thrilled to win this contract and we look forward to delivering comprehensive security support services to the Administrative Office of the US Courts,” said Ed Silva, Gunnison’s Chief Strategy Officer and former CENTERPOINT Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Silva continued, “We appreciate the critical nature of this contract and our role in supporting the organization’s efforts to provide IT security support services to the courts and National Program Offices within the Federal Judiciary and managing the Judiciary Information Technology Security Program.”

“With the close of the CENTERPOINT acquisition only six months ago, we could not be more excited about the momentum this award creates as our second, prime, full and open contract award, validating our thesis for bringing these two organizations together,” said Gil Dussek, Gunnison’s Chief Executive Officer. “CENTERPOINT’s cyber capabilities have already proven to be a tremendous complement to Gunnison’s portfolio of Digital Services and Intelligence & Automation capabilities we bring to the federal market and we look forward to developing creative ways to weave these capabilities together in a manner that can unlock additional potential for our customers.”
