With the US Postal Service Jeff lead enterprise analytics capability including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Big Data, Data Architecture, decision analytics, gamification, and operational systems. He developed and prioritized IT Strategy and Operations Processes to align with the business objectives and political realities; was responsible for leading over 1200 Postal Service employees, 2,000 contract employees, $1B annual budget (excluding rent and depreciation), responsible and accountable for full lifecycle management of 900 national applications, all middleware and database services, 8.4MW of compute and storage (90PB) in two datacenters, and 37,000 network locations.
Prior to that Jeff served as a Chief Technology Officer with the FBI where he led the Information Technology Division to provide technology innovation to FBI to include people (up to 500), process (full life cycle), budget (up to $140M), facilities, property, policy, risk management, and technology.
