Remembering its Roots 

It’s difficult to choose just one key value from the list of Elev8 that is the most important, but for us it’s crucial to remember where we came from and to not forget our Vision, Mission, and Values-We aspire to be an employer of choice to leaders with unique skills and talent due to our authentic culture. Our employees are our most valued asset. We NEVER lose sight of this fact; our employees in turn, take care of our customers. So to always be a good partner and to continue to grow our talent are two critically important aspects for us. Without our people, we have nothing, they help us grow and they have made Firebird the success that we are.

People as a Resource 

We never lose sight of the fact that we provide people to support our customers, we don’t make a product, we provide people and it’s important to not only take care of those people, but to connect with them as well. Our growth has fluctuated over the years, but no matter the changes, we remain committed to connecting with our employees and not losing that small company feel that brings so many people to us.  

Partner Lens 

Our ideal partner company is a firm that shares our values of integrity, service and commitment to the mission. We partner with companies that want a long term relationship that extends beyond one contract that allows both firms to grow and add new capability and performance. It’s cliché to use the word “strategic” but it is probably the correct word. We have dropped and discontinued relationships with firms who have refused to honor their word or otherwise live up to our shared commitment. Proof of our values resides in the deep and broad network of companies and individuals who trust us and want to work with us.

What’s Ahead 

It’s an exciting time for us. We are just about to unveil a new MPP/JV agreement with a larger partner that should help us broaden our capabilities. We have been award Oasis + small business (pending SDVOSB) and that will open up the aperture of opportunities for us. We have some interesting work cooking at the DoN, HSI, SOCOM and other mission-focused agencies. We are always looking forward to the edge of the horizon to grow our firm for our clients and employees.
